The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the supreme governing body of Tekeyan Centre Fund. The Board supervises the activities of the Fund, develops its strategy, and makes decisions regarding the most important issues.
The Board of Trustees holds annual meetings with the participation of the Director of the Fund. The meetings are mainly devoted to such issues as progress and financial reports of the activities of the Fund in the previous year. The Board also approves the annual budget for the coming year, outline of new projects, organizational issues and decisions regarding their implementation. The reports are submitted by the Director of the Fund and the Chairman of the Fund's Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees consists of ten members representing Armenia and the Diaspora. Eight out of ten members of the Board are appointed by London Tekeyan Trust, one member represents "AZG" RA daily newspaper and one member is a private individual citizen of Armenia.
